Refundability

The rent of an advertisement box is nonrefundable and to pay in advance online at the application.

Contract duration

The renting period is not extended automatically. After the end of the choosen renting period is the advertisement deleted by the Classifieds of Leicester.

Server downtimes

Downtimes of the server exceeding 10 percent of the renting period will be appended at the end of the renting period.

Privacy Policy

All personal data of the tenant is held confidential by the Classifieds of Leicester.

Choice of category and subcategory during the renting period

The tenant of an advertisement box can change during the renting period the category and subcategory in which the advertisement is shown. Choosable are the categories and subcategories already included in the Classifieds of Leicester. For the case that the advertisement is grievously misplaced in the category or subcategory choosen by the tenant has the Classifieds of Leicester the right to demand from the tenant to remove the advertisement from the choosen category or subcategory. In this case is the tenant notified by the Classifieds of Leicester. For the case the tenant does not remove the advertisement from the category or subcategory within 2 days after notification has the Classifieds of Leicester the right to cancel the contract for this advertisement box without refund and terminate further advertising of the tenant in this advertisement box. Other advertisement boxes rented by the tenant are not affected.

Exluded content

In the case of publishing content excluded by the Classifieds of Leicester has the Classifieds of Leicester the right to demand the removal of this content by the tenant. In this case is the tenant notified by the Classifieds of Leicester. For the case the tenant does not remove this content within 2 days after notification has the Classifieds of Leicester the right to cancel the contract for this advertisement box without refund and terminate further advertising of the tenant in this advertisement box. Other advertisement boxes rented by the tenant are not affected.
For the case that the tenant publishes three times content excluded by the Classifieds of Leicester has the Classifieds of Leicester the right to cancel without prior notification the contracts for all advertisement boxes rented by the tenant without refund and terminate further advertising of the tenant in the Classifieds of Leicester. The tenant will be notified of the cancellation.
All advertisements have to offer products or services if applicable to the category or subcategory. Advertisements containing the seek for a product or service are not admissive in these categories or subcategories. The following content is excluded for advertising:

• illegal
• advertisements not offering products or services if applicable to the category or subcategory
• not in English language

The Classifieds of Leicester is neither responsible nor liable for the content of advertisement boxes rented by tenants. All responsibility or liability for any damages caused by the service of the Classifieds of Leicester is disclaimed.

Change of terms

For the case the terms are changing during the renting period are the terms applicable effective at the time of the application.

These terms are effective by 2005-09-28.
